The Premium Collection**** boutique hotel is located on the historical square in Česká Lípa. It is approximately 100 meters from the Morris City Hotel, with a shared reception desk for both establishments. It is a well-appointed, cozy and luxurious boutique venue with its own wellness spa.
The Golf Hotel Morris**** is located in a large park on a hill above the town of Marianské Lázně, in close proximity to the golf course. It is decorated in Old English style, dominated by dark furniture and leather armchairs.
The Park Hotel Morris is located in a quiet part of Nový Bor, but it is a short walk from the town center. The town of Nový Bor is renowned chiefly for its glass industry and is situated on the border of the Lusatian Mountains and the Bohemian Central Highlands Protected Landscape Areas.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pavel Chalupa and I am a professional chef. I’ve been passionate about cooking since an early age, which is why I decided to study at the secondary school of hospitality and gastronomy.
I have a wealth of experience with Czech cuisine, having learned from experienced professionals. I have spent the last 5 years abroad, for instance as a chef at an establishment on the border between Germany and France (Pfalz - Alsace), working with native chefs to prepare dishes of the local cuisine.
